Here at Whitsunday Gold we produce both red and yellow varieties of the Dwarf Catuai variety of Arabica coffee beans. We have over 140,000 trees growing in the rich, fertile soil bordered by the Proserpine River. The trees are watered in our own spring water from crop through harvest to processing. We do not use any pesticides or insecticides and only employ sustainable farming practices. We harvest via mechancial methods then traditional wet to dry processing before storing "in parchment", in climate controlled air-conditioning.  This ensures the freshest of green beans by protecting the vitally important essential oils!
